TransLink Cycle Highway Thought Leaders’ Workshop

On Tuesday, April 8th, 2024, the Dutch Cycling Embassy participated in an online knowledge transfer session organized by Metro Vancouver’s transportation network Translink. The two-hour webinar was attended by about 2o staff from the organization, as well as several experts working on cycle highway projects around the world. In addition to the DCE’s Chris Bruntlett, participating were Pieter Dudal of Beliris in Brussels, David Gaarsdal Rønnov from SuperCykelstier in Copenhagen, and  Projektleder, Sekretariatet for Supercykelstier, and Ben Bost from Transport for London. We hope the ideas presented and resulting discussions will help shape their cycle highway plan in the years ahead.
